Songwriting for Wellbeing 2.0

Are you ready to embark on a musical journey around wellbeing? We had an incredible time in the studio with Be Extra - Wellbeing For The Arts to record 10 new songs, created in collaboration with incredibly talented musicians from across South Wales, all designed to make learning wellbeing and coping techniques FUN, ACCESSIBLE, and definitely NOT BORING!

The musicians that created the magic were Liam J. Edwards, Bad Meditation, James Jones, Jac Kelshaw, Harrisun Scott-Smith, Kid Mercury, Rightkeysonly, Daisy, Araby, Lakeisha Cross, Eddie Gripper and Elijah Jeffery, who were all an absolute joy to work with, recording some truly fantastic music.

Alongside the video genius that is Jordan Sheehy Videography, we turned half of the studio into a black box to record some incredible videos to accompany the tracks. I can't wait to share these with you all!

Take a look at the videos that we created below - we may be slightly biased, but we think that the folks have done incredibly!
